Business valuation and intangible asset valuation is now an integral part of the financial system in Hong Kong. We envisage that HKIFV shall become the governing body for financial valuers in Hong Kong to provide guidance as well as regulates the business valuation practitioners.HKIFV’s mission is to establish working and cooperative relationship with the profession’s related industries; and to foster public awareness and trust in members through advancing honest, professional and ethical practices. Standards and Guidelines are enforced to provide all valuers whilst preparing valuation reports including business valuation, intangible asset valuation, and financial instruments valuation. With the vision to represent profession to the public and government bodies, HKIFV strives to promote the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct in valuation industry.
